Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and Production Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong production experience in materials handling. This role involves working with various equipment to ensure efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards. We are looking for people with motivated attitudes with a willingness to develop their skills further.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain injection moulding and fabrication equipment as part of the production team.
- Assist with the production of medical components, ensuring accurate attention to detail and quality control.
- Perform assembly tasks, ensuring components fit together correctly and meet specifications, carefully following SOPs.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently within the production environment.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in a production field is preferred.
- Previous experience with a pharmaceutical or medical background is beneficial.
- Experience with quality control and a great attention to detail.
- Ensure you have an accurate, up to date CV listing all previous work and references.
- A willingness to learn and progress, with lots of overtime opportunities available on a regular basis.
- The ability to work well within a team to assist the supportive production team.
