Band 7 OT Lead – Orthopaedics & Surgery (Part-Time)

West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in Watford is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the inpatient Orthopaedic and Surgical therapy team. The post is part-time (23.5 hours weekly) with core hours 8:00–16:00 on a 1:6 weekend rota and Monday presence required.

You will lead the OT team alongside another Band 7, delivering clinical expertise for trauma, orthopaedics and post‑operative care, with a strong focus on discharge planning and service development.
