Motorcycle Technician – Up to £40,500 Salary – Leading Chiswick Dealership

Our client, a reputable motorcycle dealership in Chiswick, is seeking a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced motorcycle technicians to progress their careers within a well‑established, innovative automotive environment.

Duties:

• Conduct motorcycle repairs and maintenance according to dealership procedures
• Interpret instructions from job cards and repair orders for accurate completion
• Record all work performed and diagnostic tests with precision
• Provide technical advice and support to customers, explaining repair requirements clearly
• Keep up-to-date with current motorcycle technology, especially hybrid and electric models
• Maintain high standards of quality workmanship and safety compliance
• Ensure workshop operates efficiently and adheres to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Full UK motorcycle licence
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a motorcycle technician
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in motorcycle technology
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for motorcycles
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Good knowledge of current motorcycle repair techniques, including electronic diagnostics
