Teen Support & Behavior Specialist – Part-Time PRU Role

The Education Network is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker for a part‑time role in Shildon. You will support learners aged 11–16 within the PRU environment, promoting positive behaviour and inclusive education.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00am–2:30pm, with DBS checks and ongoing consultant support. Strong communication and resilience are essential to build relationships and help students overcome barriers to learning.
