You will undertake strengths-based assessments, care planning, safeguarding enquiries, and risk assessments for adults, their families and carers, working with health colleagues and partner agencies to promote wellbeing and independence.

We support social workers through regular supervision, flexible hybrid working, and ongoing professional development.
