Adult Social Worker – Hybrid, Person-Centred Care & Impact

Essex County Council is seeking an Experienced Social Worker for the Neighbourhood Team in Basildon. This permanent, full-time role involves adult social care duties under the Care Act 2014, conducting assessments, developing care and support plans, and safeguarding adults to ensure independence and dignity for residents across Essex.
