Hastings Hotels is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to join the Kitchen team at the Europa Hotel in Northern Ireland. The role supports the supervision of the kitchen under the Executive Head Chef, ensuring Hastings standards of preparation and presentation are maintained and daily operations run smoothly.

Working 45 hours over five shifts across seven days, you will train junior staff, monitor stock and hygiene compliance, and contribute to a harmonious team environment.
