Multi Trade Operative – Floor Layer – Fenland

Salary: £34,359 – £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Fenland

Hours: 40 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Floor layer who has skills in other trades to join our team!!!

We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Fenland and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
• Works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

Requirements

• Experienced Floor layer with experience in Cap and Cove, skills in other trades and able to provide good customer care.
• Valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK; must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment. Clarion does not offer visa sponsorship.
