This is a highly visible, field-based relationship-focused role combining account management, business development and stakeholder engagement, providing the opportunity to make a direct impact on member success, retention and commercial growth.

What you’ll do

  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage partner and member expectations through clear communication and reliable follow-through.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify opportunities within lender and partner propositions that deliver added value to our members.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular review meetings with member firms to identify new beneficial income streams, operational efficiencies, and growth opportunities.
  • Member Engagement: Lead proactive call-out days to strengthen member relationships and deliver meaningful value.
  • Diary Management: Organise and manage diary commitments to maximise time efficiency and ensure strategic alignment of appointments.
  • Event Leadership: Manage onsite setup, host, present and deliver Mortgage Events and Masterclasses with precision, ensuring positive feedback from both members, Lenders and Partners.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to identify new business opportunities, improve member retention, and enhance overall member experience.
  • Membership Growth: Support initiatives to increase membership levels across the Mortgage Club, GI proposition, Later Life lending and technology solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Confidently troubleshoot challenges or complaints, escalating for support when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
