About you
- Previous experience in Transport Planning or Fleet Coordination
- Good knowledge of UK & Ireland geography
- Understanding of Tachograph Regulations and the Working Time Directive
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- CPC qualification is advantageous but not mandatory
What you’ll do
- Plan, schedule, and optimise daily vehicle routes across the UK and Ireland
- Communicate effectively with drivers, sub-contractors, and customers
- Monitor job progress, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance
- Support drivers with pre-briefs and debriefs
- Manage live operational issues, troubleshooting as needed
- Assist in KPI reporting and performance analysis
