Our company is growing and expanding, and we have many opportunities to join our production team in Co. Armagh. Our fast-growing business makes innovative chocolates, snacks & granola under our Forest Feast, Acti-Snack & Just Live a Little brands, sold throughout the UK & Ireland.
As demand for our products continues to increase, we are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Machine Operatives to join our friendly team and help us increase our production capacity.
The Role
As a Machine Operative, you will work as part of our production team to ensure that our snacks are prepared, packed and ready for customers.
Your main duties will include:
– Running machinery and equipment to customer specifications
– Interpreting the production plan to maximise efficiencies and assisting with LEAN projects to reduce waste and cost
– Preparing essential paperwork to ensure full traceability of production from raw material to finished and packed goods
– Working in a safe manner with due consideration for personal Health & Safety and that of co-workers at all times
– Allergen, food hygiene, HACCP, Pest Control, LEAN and BRC (training will be given)
– Cleaning of area on a routine basis
– Any other duties as required to fulfil the company needs

– This role involves standing for periods of time and materials handling including lifting duties
Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, and operating machinery is essential.

Important Information
Our production facility handles nuts and peanuts. This role may therefore not be suitable for individuals with severe nut or peanut allergies.
Hours of work we have vacancies on all our shifts
Days Shift – Monday to Friday 08.00-16.30
Evening Shift Monday to Thursday 16:00-00:30 and Friday 13:00 21:30
Night Shift Monday to Thursday 21:30 08:00
