Hybrid Corporate Counsel – Global Governance & IP

Michael Page Legal seeks a Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Legal team, reporting to the Head of Legal. The role supports across the UK and international matters, collaborating with Finance, Commercial, People and external law firms as needed.

You will handle corporate governance, IP, data protection and disputes, contribute to the knowledge base, refine standard documents, and provide clear guidance to stakeholders across the business.
