Our client, a full-service Scottish Law Firm, is recruiting a senior-level Corporate Lawyer to join its busy practice in either Glasgow or Dundee. The newly created role requires candidates at Senior Associate to Partner level who are managing their own clients and are keen to progress their careers.

Responsibilities

• Business development
• Incorporations and general business services
• Company secretarial matters
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial contracts
• Protection, exploitation, and acquisition of intellectual property rights

Qualifications

Ideally, the candidate will have an established client following and a clear plan for further business development, supported by a strong professional network. They should be driven, commercially minded, and confident supervising and mentoring more junior Lawyers.
