Senior Production Leader – Large-Scale Heavy Engineering

Ford & Stanley Talent Services Group Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead Production Support Services across a busy engineering facility, including Weld Repair, Paint, Corrosion, Testing and operations for 140–160 staff.

The role reports to the Head of Operations and focuses on safety, quality, delivery and cost, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in a heavy industry environment.
