Apply for the Fire & Security Engineer
Location: London
Job Description:

At Re-Gen M&E Services, we provide reliable, high-quality mechanical and electrical services across London and the South East. Due to continued growth within our framework agreements, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Fire & Security Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking contractor that values safety, compliance, and professional development.

As a Fire & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, and access control systems across a range of commercial, residential, and public-sector sites. You will work on both planned maintenance and reactive call-out works as part of our framework delivery teams.

You will ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality, in full compliance with current legislation, including BS 5839-1 (Fire Detection and Alarm Systems), BS EN 50131 (Intruder Alarms), and BS EN 62676 (CCTV Systems). Knowledge of relevant British Standards, NSI/Bafe codes of practice, and the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 is essential.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include carrying out routine service and maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of systems, as well as new installations and upgrades. You will also complete accurate documentation and digital reporting for compliance and client records.

At Re-Gen M&E Services, we promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continual improvement. You will have access to long-term, stable work across established frameworks, opportunities for overtime and training, and the chance to develop your skills across a wide range of systems and technologies.

If you are a competent Fire & Security Engineer with a passion for delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality work — and you are looking for a secure, long-term role with a respected contractor — we would like to hear from you.
