Neighborhood Waste & Refuse Manager – Lead Service Change

Colchester City Council is seeking an experienced manager to lead the Recycling and Refuse Team in Colchester. You will oversee day-to-day operations, direct multiple crews, and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering performance targets.

This 12-month fixed-term/secondment role offers hybrid working from the Civic Offices and Shrub End Depot, with weekend rotation as required, and a focus on delivering a high-quality waste service to the community.
