IT Operations Lead – 24/7 Onsite at Racecourses

Arena Racing Company is seeking an Operational IT Manager at Lingfield Park Racecourse with travel to our 21 sites and Head Office. You will lead from the front while staying hands-on, guiding the IT team to deliver reliable operations across race days, events and day-to-day business.

This role suits a hands-on leader with hospitality or venue experience, who can coordinate service delivery, manage suppliers and budgets, and step in during critical moments.
