Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I is seeking a proven Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead the shift-based Maintenance Engineering team supporting Site Services. You will act as Technical Authority to drive safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics, ensuring reliable site services and asset care.

You’ll coach, develop people, manage contractor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance plans with the broader engineering strategy across FMCG site services.
