The Fund Product Analyst will join the Funds Group within the Client Platform, focusing on the WMF Global business. The role involves overseeing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of globally domiciled funds, including equity, fixed income, multi‑asset and alternative strategies, and ensuring consistent, client‑friendly regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Project‑manage the end‑to‑end prospectus cycles for our fund ranges and domiciles, including new fund approvals and regulatory‑driven changes, in partnership with external legal counsel and regulators to obtain approvals.
  • Lead and evolve the prospectus process for efficiencies as we expand into new distribution markets, such as Asia retail registrations for cross‑border UCITS funds.
  • Establish consistency and quality across fund offering documents, including shareholder notices, by embedding control and oversight processes with legal, external counsel and relevant vendors.
  • Identify and maintain client‑friendly disclosure and communication outcomes.
  • Enhance coordination and communication with impacted stakeholders by directing:
    • Documentation updates (prospectuses, KIID/KID, regulatory forms, etc.) to ensure timely generation and consistent language.
    • Regulator comments, managing concurrent rounds and ensuring accurate, urgent responses.
    • Client notifications, drafting content and incorporating notice periods into the master schedule.
    • External vendor management for registration, publication of prospectus and shareholder notices.
    • Implementation updates, coordinating periodic internal communication summarizing upcoming changes.
  • Provide general fund expertise and act as subject‑matter expert for client‑specific queries that cannot be fielded by client or fund service teams.
  • Lead or assist with ad‑hoc Fund Product projects, including:
    • Annual fee and prospectus review exercise to ensure competitive fees and accurate prospectus alignment.
    • Seed capital and share class reviews to steward firm resources.
    • Management of EMT (European MiFID Template) and EET (European ESG Template) production and dissemination to meet MiFIDII obligations.
    • Commercial and fiduciary reviews to ensure fund scaling and diversified client base.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management or related industry.
  • Hands‑on experience with legal or regulatory documents and content creation.
  • Direct experience in a product/legal role, preferably with fund vehicles.
  • Project management experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify the complex.
  • Willingness to take initiative, demonstrate accountability and ownership while knowing when to seek broader input.
  • Desire to evolve as an individual contributor and expand responsibilities over time.
  • Collaborative, positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate cross‑functional projects and build healthy working relationships.
  • Grace under pressure, strong work ethic and prioritization skills.

Benefits & Working Conditions

The role offers a hybrid work environment: a standard practice of working from the office 4 days a week with flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week. Flexible working hours and a supportive culture that empowers employees to work flexibly are central to our approach.
