Impactful Health Visiting Nurse (Band 5) – Part-Time

HCRG Care Group is recruiting a Band 5 Staff Nurse (Health Visiting) to join the 0-19 service at Paulton Hospital. You will work 22.5 hours weekly, delivering preventive health care to children and families, within community settings and home visits as delegated by the Health Visitor.

The post requires NMC registration, experience with families, and driving access. You will support safeguarding, early identification of needs and join a driven team delivering public health outcomes.
