Job Description:
University Hospitals Tees is seeking a SPA Clinical Triage Nurse to receive referrals from a diverse range of people and services, triage the referrals, and ensure they reach the right service in the shortest time. The SPA Triage team monitors the Health Call system used by heart failure patients, escalating out-of-range observations for timely action.
Palcall is a telephone support and signposting element for people deemed to be within their last 12 months of life.
