Engineering Manager – Plant Reliability & Maintenance Leader

Michael Page is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the site engineering and maintenance function in a regulated manufacturing setting. You will drive reliability, uptime and performance across plant and equipment, while shaping maintenance strategy and CMMS processes.

You will oversee a multi-skilled team, ensure compliance with COMAH/PUWER/LOLER, contribute to process safety initiatives and deliver key KPIs such as MTBF/MTTR/OEE.
