Chief Quality & CI Leader — Manufacturing

Page Personnel is seeking a Head of Quality for a site-based leadership role in South Birmingham. You will lead a 7-person quality team, embedding modern, agile quality frameworks across QA, QC and CI to support growth and regulatory compliance.

The role requires proven leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment, with strong customer-facing interaction and a track record of delivering quality improvements. Travel will be required.
