Furniture Returns Leader – Day Shift & Growth

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD seeks a Returns Team Leader for a furniture distribution site in Nuneaton. The role focuses on processing returns, product recovery and leading a small team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will manage 5+ operatives, coordinate inductions and cover arrangements, and ensure accurate reporting of returned stock while minimising disposal. A strong background in furniture recovery helps, with exposure to WMS and Excel valued.
