Maintenance & Reliability Manager – Lead Plant Uptime

Castle Employment is recruiting a Maintenance Manager in Needham to lead the site engineering function, drive plant reliability, deliver PPMs and improve OEE while ensuring safe, compliant operations.

You will manage mechanical and electrical engineering activity, optimise maintenance strategies, lead a multi-skilled team, coordinate breakdown response and manage budgets and spares. This is a hands-on, visible leadership role with long-term career development.
