Head of 24/7 Operations & Growth Partnerships

Colchester City Council is seeking an experienced senior leader to oversee 24/7 Helpline, Out of Hours and CCTV services. You will drive operational excellence, service innovation and sustainable growth while aligning with Local Government Reform and changes in Adult Social Care.

You will manage Service Managers and collaborate with local authorities, health partners and community organisations to deliver high‑quality services and explore new opportunities for partnership and income generation.
