What you will be doing:
- High StakesProject Delivery:Uses their subject matterexpertiseand experience to guidecustomersand colleagues in the successful delivery oflarge, complex projects or programmesfor our most valued andhigh levelcustomers.
- Customer Relationship Management:Builds strongrelationships withstakeholders at all levels, including executive-level audiences.
- Consulting Agility: Helpscustomers defineand evolveneedsand effectivelyguidesthem throughambiguousand testing scenarios
- Thought Leadership and Advisory:Provides customers with strategic recommendation based on theanalysis of intricate quantitativeHR and Peopledataand their comprehensionof the market and HR Best practices
What we are looking for from you:
- MSc inIndustrial/OrganisationalPsychology or equivalent
- At least 6years experiencein HR orTalent Management consulting, or as a practitioner delivering and managing customer projects
- Strong customer orientation and experience in working in a client-facing role.
- Program design and implementation experience
- Talent assessment and Talent management experience
- Comfortable withstatisticaldata analysisand interpretation
- Experience in presenting and interacting with senior stakeholders
