Senior Site Manager – Healthcare Construction Lead

Rogers McHugh in Brighton seeks a Senior Site Manager to oversee a healthcare construction project. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, and ensure works meet programme, quality and safety standards.

Experience delivering groundworks and reinforced concrete/formwork on complex new-build schemes is essential. A strong leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive progress on a live site is required.
