Senior Retrofit Site Manager – Birmingham

Willmott Dixon in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a £30m Retrofit construction and refurbishment contract in the Midlands. The role is permanent, with core hours Monday to Friday, and may move between permanent and temporary/permanent arrangements.

You will lead a team of direct and subcontracted trades, ensure safety and quality, and report to the Project Manager. A competitive salary with bonus is offered, along with extensive site training.
