Strategic HR Leader for Growth & Change

Michael Page is recruiting a Head of HR for a growing financial services business in Leeds. You will lead the full people agenda, combining strategic leadership with hands-on delivery across talent, employee relations, learning and development, and change management.

Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will partner with senior stakeholders and the Board, develop the HR team, shape culture and capability, manage compliance, and use data-driven insights to drive business performance.
