Reliability Engineer – Lead Maintenance & TPM (Days)

Finsbury Food Group is seeking a Reliability Engineer for its Pontypool site. You will lead a small engineering team, prioritise maintenance to reduce downtime, and drive reliability improvements across the manufacturing line.

Responsibilities include using TPM/Autonomous Maintenance, applying Root Cause Analysis, and coaching staff to build capability while collaborating with wider engineering colleagues to share best practice.
