Senior Project Manager — High-End CAT B Fit-Out (£20M+)

Michael Taylor Search & Selection Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a £20M+ high-end CAT B commercial fit-out in Central London. You will drive pre-construction through to completion, manage the construction programme and coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders.

You will uphold health and safety, quality standards and cost control, chair progress meetings, prepare reports, and collaborate with the commercial team on budgets and procurement.
