Forward-Deployed AI Solutions Architect

ServiceNow is seeking a senior AI/ML architecture leader to partner with customers and embed intelligent automation across the Now Platform. You will define scalable AI-native solutions, drive governance, and ensure measurable business outcomes through rapid, iterative delivery.

You will work with engineers, product designers, and stakeholders to design end-to-end workflows, craft reusable assets, and influence platform strategy while traveling up to 30% to embed with customers when needed.
