Hybrid Information Systems Analyst: Data & Insights

Thera Trust is seeking an Information Systems Analyst in Grantham to join our IT team and help shape the organisation’s information strategy. You will prepare and present data stories, and build robust reports using SQL, Power BI and Power Query.

You’ll work closely with business functions and systems specialists to extend data models, automate data flows, and ensure data governance and compliance across HR, finance and care systems.
