Strategic Asset Manager & Valuation Lead

Coventry City Council is seeking an MRICS Surveyor to lead asset management and the annual asset valuation programme for a diverse commercial property portfolio. You will manage rent reviews, lease renewals, and ground lease matters, while driving income and cost-efficiency across assets.

The role requires leadership experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a detailed knowledge of landlord-tenant legislation and RICS codes of practice.
