Senior Finance Analyst – Central & People Costs (Hybrid)

Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Central and People Costs team, reporting into the Finance Manager. You will help control, forecast and report all People costs and manage OPEX for Central Functions, including Finance, People and Legal.

The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on modelling in Excel, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders; hybrid working in London with retail/FMCG experience desirable.
