Dynamic Surgical Ward Nurse (Band 5) – Flexible Shifts

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Ward 14 – Surgical High Care Unit. The post offers a Band 5 NHS AfC role, permanent contract and 37.5 hours per week, including rotation of nights and day shifts.

You will provide direct clinical care on a busy surgical ward, support the MDT, and ensure safe patient care with a focus on deterioration recognition and timely escalation.
