THG Manufacturing – part of THG Nutrition, is recruiting a Shift Manager (Days) to lead and develop Production Operatives at the David Berryman site in Luton. You will drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives, champion continuous improvement, and work with Planning, Engineering and Quality teams to meet daily production targets.
The role requires 5+ years in FMCG manufacturing with strong leadership, food safety expertise, and excellent people management.
