Complex Care Assistant – 12-Hour Exeter Shifts

Ocean Healthcare is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to support adults with complex needs in the Exeter area. The role involves working 2:1 and providing personal care with moving and handling. Full training is provided by our nurse-led team, and ongoing support and development are emphasized.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of UK experience in care, two UK references (one care-related), reliability, and good communication. A right to work in the UK is required.
