Salary: £35 per hour

Responsibilities

Deliver tailored 1:1 tuition within home and community settings, adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs and building positive relationships with pupils, families and professionals to support educational progress.

Qualifications

• QTS, QTLS or relevant UK recognised teaching qualification
• Experience delivering 1:1 tuition or supporting children and young people outside of a mainstream classroom
• Experience working with pupils with additional needs, including SEND, SEMH or those requiring alternative provision
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A patient, adaptable and resilient approach
• The ability to plan engaging, personalised learning programmes
