Job Summary

Our UK Distribution Centre in Bardon, Leicestershire is a key hub for the supply chain. It handles high volumes of vehicle glass, supporting both the Autoglass® technician workforce and wholesale customers across the UK and Ireland.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle glass in the warehouse in line with Belron UK Ltd quality and safety standards to maintain stock quality and minimise loss.
• Use a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) to move stock efficiently and safely.
• Follow Health & Safety requirements without exception, including manual handling equipment (MHE) daily checks and self risk assessments.
• Report issues that arise during deliveries or in the warehouse to ensure prompt resolution.
• Support physical stock counts and system reconciliation (stocktakes) to maintain stock accuracy.
• Promote and undertake waste recycling in line with the business’s societal responsibilities.
• Comply with internal and external processes and legal requirements, including SOPs, GDPR, ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001, and MHE checks.

Benefits include a starting salary of £28,348.00 and 424.00 hours per month. The shift pattern is Monday–Friday, 07:00am –04:00pm.
