Data Governance & Compliance Lead

Phoenix Community Housing is seeking a hands-on data governance specialist to act as a central point of assurance for data accuracy, integrity and governance within the Repairs Service.

You will support compliance activities, manage regulatory reporting, gather requirements, and ensure business needs are defined, documented and accurate in a busy, regulated environment.

This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with stakeholders and a trusted subject‑matter leadership mindset.
