Occupational Therapist – Collaborative SEND School Team

The Rise Partnership Trust offers a growing therapy team with occupational therapists and speech and language therapists embedded in school settings. The successful applicant will join a multi-disciplinary team that collaborates with families, class teams and multi-agency support staff to identify needs and support learning targets.
