Mint Velvet is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to deliver a bespoke service across telephone, email, live chat and social media. You will respond promptly to queries and build lasting relationships with customers.

This fast-paced role requires a confident telephone manner, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Open to remote or hybrid working, with occasional evenings, Saturdays and bank holidays.
