Empowering High-Needs Youth: 24/7 Support Worker

North Yorkshire Council’s High Needs Supported Accommodation service seeks a dedicated worker to support 16–17-year-olds (and up to 25) in 24/7 staffed and dispersed settings.

You will be a key worker, building trusting relationships and helping young people develop independent living skills across health, education, staying safe, and daily living. The role requires flexibility, with evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties on a rota basis.
