THE ROLE
This incoming development professional will take ownership of the development function across the portfolio. Working alongside the senior team, you will lead the entire development process, driving the commercial outcome of each project.
This is a multi-facted role. You will have the opportunity to be involved in wider business processes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience
- 5+ years of development experience in UK real estate
- Development management experience is the preference; project management or construction pedigree is a strong plus
Technical and commercial competency
- Genuine technical knowledge of development and construction
- Commercial acumen – a clear understanding of where value is created in a building
- Experience leading cradle to grave development processes
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and self-directed. Ability to make decisions within a small team
- Comfortable moving between strategic decisions and hands-on delivery detail
