Lead GP (or Salaried GP)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a GP to join a forward-thinking Practice in rural West Cumbria, in a Salaried or Lead GP capacity. The practice is ideally looking for a full-time / 9 session GP (4 days), though can be flexible on the days of work. The Practice is a hub and spoke Training Practice and will occasionally have Trainees onsite, though would ideally like an incoming GP to be willing to become a Trainer. They also employ a diverse MDT including an ANP, Paramedic and Practice Nurses. The workload is kept as reasonable as possible with 15-minute appointments, seeing 30 patients per day.
