Senior Civil Engineer & Onsite Team Leader

Careys is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead civil engineering projects on site in West Cumbria. You will collaborate with the Project Engineer, Project Manager and delivery team to ensure safe, accurate delivery in line with design, programme and commercial needs.

You will own setting out, temporary works coordination, quality assurance and buildability reviews, while mentoring Engineers, Graduates and Apprentices to uphold high performance standards across the function.
