E&M Plant Manager — 24/7 CHP Maintenance Lead

Equans Embedded Energy is seeking an E&M Manager to lead the E&M Department at Fellside CHP plant, supporting the Plant Manager and ensuring safe, compliant operations. You will manage outages, investigations, and technical specifications while developing personnel and ensuring KPI delivery.

The role requires a degree in engineering, an engineering apprenticeship and IOSH safety qualification, with extensive E&M experience at department head level in a 24/7 process.
