24/7 Traffic Incident Responder for Major Roads

National Highways is recruiting Traffic Officers for the Chigwell Outstation (IG7 6BN). You will manage incidents on the strategic road network, deploy traffic management as needed, and work a 6 days on, 3 days off pattern across 6am-6.26am, including night shifts.

A full driving licence (≤3 points) and willingness to drive are essential. The role includes safeguarding, recording vehicle/equipment data, and delivering high-quality customer service on a 24/7 basis.
